There are people who skip their sleep in order to complete their projects and works. However, this is not at all safe because lack of sleep can cause damages to your brain and body as well. Sleeping is essential as much as having food because there are risks of getting certain diseases if you do not get proper sleep. Your body and brain will eventually get tired and it would totally make you sick. Since sleep helps you to relax your body and mind, you should get proper sleep every day.
